This is not just a training. It’s a remembrance.
This 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is for those who are ready to go beyond the surface—to sit at the feet of tradition, to bow to the teachings, and to commit to a path that changes how you see yourself, your practice, and the world.
Here, we return to the roots of yoga.
We move slowly, intentionally. Through repetition, we embody what we learn—not just intellectually, but energetically. Through devotion, we open the heart and allow the teachings to live through us. And through context, we honor the sacred texts, lineages, and philosophies that hold the depth and wisdom of this path.
This training blends the structure of classical yoga with the softness of Bhakti—infusing mantra, mudra, meditation, storytelling, and self-inquiry alongside asana, alignment, and anatomy.
You’ll leave this training not only prepared to teach—but transformed by what you’ve received.
You’ll Learn:
Foundations of Hatha & Vinyasa yoga
Introduction to sacred texts: Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads
Introduction to sanskrit: pronuncation , postual names ect.
The heart of Bhakti: mantra, kirtan, and devotional ritual
Anatomy & alignment rooted in somatic intelligence and functionality
Pranayama, meditation, and daily sadhana (spiritual practice)
Yogic ethics, philosophy, and the art of living yoga off the mat
Teaching methodology with an emphasis on presence, clarity, and integrity
Structure of the Training
This program is thoughtfully designed to honor both the rigor of traditional study and the rhythm of a modern life. You’ll be held in a sacred learning container that values depth over speed, and integration over information.

This isn’t just a course. It’s a living sadhana—a devotional rhythm of learning, unlearning, remembering, and becoming.
This training is for seekers, space holders, devoted students, and quiet leaders.
For those who want to teach—and for those who don’t—but who feel the sacred whisper of yoga calling them deeper.
Module 1: Earth – Prithvi Tattva
In person August 1-3rd
online live calls and video content
The Foundation of Being: Rooting into Practice and Lineage
In this first module, we root down into the soil of tradition. Earth is the ground beneath us, the support we stand on, and the stability from which all growth arises. Through foundational asana, alignment principles, and an introduction to sacred texts, we establish steadiness in body, clarity in mind, and reverence in heart. We begin the process of remembrance—of the ancient roots of yoga and of our own innate wisdom. This is where we remember how to be in our bodies, in stillness, and in service.
Module 2: Water – Jala Tattva
In person September 5-7th
online live calls and video content
The Flow of Emotion and Devotion: Surrendering to the Inner Current
Water teaches us to feel, to move, to soften. In this module, we immerse ourselves in Bhakti—the yoga of love and devotion. We explore mantra, mudra, sacred sound, and the stories of the gods and goddesses who teach us how to embody love. Water dissolves resistance; it asks us to trust the flow of practice and to open to the emotional body with compassion. Through fluid movement and devotional practices, we learn to let go, to listen, and to allow our hearts to guide our teaching.
Module 3: Fire – Tejas/Agni Tattva
In person October 3-5th
online live calls and video content
The Power of Transformation: Igniting the Inner Teacher
Fire purifies, transforms, and empowers. This module is a deep dive into tapas—discipline, dedication, and the inner fire that fuels growth. Here, we refine our practice with more advanced asana, build strength through technique and sequencing, and explore the anatomy and energetics of the body. Fire is the element of clarity and courage. We begin to take ownership of our voice as teachers, learning how to hold space, offer adjustments, and speak from embodied experience. This is the alchemy of practice into purpose.
Module 4: Air – Vayu Tattva
In person October 31st, November 1 & 2nd
online live calls and video content
The Breath of Awareness: Expanding into Subtle Space
Air is the element of movement and freedom—the bridge between body and spirit. In this module, we turn to the subtle body: pranayama, meditation, and the energetic maps of yoga including the koshas, nadis, and chakras. Air asks us to become light, to listen deeply, and to expand our awareness beyond the physical. We practice presence, sensitivity, and the art of holding the unseen. This is where teaching becomes less about doing, and more about being—where the breath becomes our greatest guide.
Module 5: Ether – Akasha Tattva
In person December 5-7th
graduation December 12th
The Space of Remembrance: Teaching as Offering
Ether is vast, spacious, and silent. It holds all things and yet clings to none. In our final module, we integrate all that has been learned and return to the heart of why we practice. Through teaching practicums, self-inquiry, and ritual, we step into the role of teacher—not as one who knows everything, but as one who listens, transmits, and serves. Ether is the sacred container of yoga—it invites us to teach not from ego, but from essence. This is where remembrance becomes transmission. Where you offer what you’ve embodied—and let the teachings move through you.
"Come sit at the roots of yoga, and let the teachings shape not only your practice, but the way you live, love, and lead."

Over the past two decades, Khristine has made many pilgrimages to India to study Ashtanga Yoga, Vedic studies, and meditation at their source. She is an authorized Ashtanga teacher under Sharath Jois—a lineage she honors with profound humility and care.
With over 20 years of personal practice and 15 years of teaching, Khristine holds a deep trust in the timelessness of yoga and its power to transform not just the body, but the heart. Her approach is both grounded and intuitive, meeting each student exactly where they are, while honoring the sacredness of the path.
She carries deep gratitude for her teachers, who have walked the way before her and helped light the path:
Sharath Jois, Devorah Sacks, Steve Dwelly, Kaya Mindlin, Kia Miller, and Stephanie Snyder.
For Khristine, teaching yoga is not just a profession—it is a privilege and a devotional offering, made in service to the liberation of all beings. Founding this yoga school is both a joy and a calling—an invitation for others to deepen, remember, and return to what matters most.
