Neurogenic Qigong & the Five Elements

  • 9th Limb Yoga 845 Napa Avenue Morro Bay, CA, 93442 United States (map)

Join Lara J. Day for a unique exploration of the Five Elements through movement, energy cultivation, and somatic release. We will begin with a Five Element Qigong practice, using specific movements to activate and empower Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water while exploring their correspondences within the body, emotions, spirit, and the natural world.

From there, participants will be guided into a restorative tremoring practice, discovering the body's innate ability to release tension, stagnation, and energetic obstruction through the natural neurogenic tremor mechanism. As we revisit each element and its associated organ systems, emotions, and themes, we invite the body to unwind stored patterns and restore greater flow, balance, and vitality.

No prior experience is necessary.
