A 4-Week Journey into Integrative Himalayan Yoga
Join Michaela Goorahoo for a progressive four-week immersion into Integrative Himalayan Yoga—a holistic practice that invites you to reconnect with your breath, body, heart, and inner awareness.
Each week we’ll explore a living practice that weaves together breathwork, kriya, movement, meditation, mantra, and yogic wisdom. Rather than simply learning about yoga, you’ll be invited to experience it directly—cultivating greater vitality, resilience, presence, and a deeper connection to yourself.
Designed as a progressive journey, each class builds upon the last while remaining accessible to students of all levels. Whether you’re new to these practices or looking to deepen your path, this series offers practical tools that can be integrated into everyday life.
Come as you are. Leave feeling more connected, more alive, and more at home within yourself.
All levels welcome.

Offered in the Spirit of Seva
Yoga is not only a path of personal transformation—it is also a path of service.
A portion of proceeds from this series will support Ma Sharanam Gurukul in India, a school operated through Ma Sharanam Ashram that provides free education and holistic development for children while nurturing both modern learning and the timeless values of India’s spiritual traditions, inspired by the teachings of Shri Anandamayi Ma.
During my time in India, I was deeply moved by communities where yoga, education, and seva are woven together as a way of life. Supporting Ma Sharanam Gurukul is one small way to honor that experience and give back to a community preserving these traditions for future generations.
