Join David on Sunday afternoons to explore and apply the fundamentals of Iyengar Yoga in a progressive and enjoyable way. You will learn how the practice of yoga asana (yogic poses) and pranayama (yogic breathing) supports the body to become healthier and more energetic, all the while bringing about greater stability, calmness and clarity of mind. This series will present an in-depth understanding of alignment, balance, and energetic activation in the foundational poses and introduce the importance of sequencing.
