This 8-session series is designed for brand new beginners or those unfamiliar with the practice of Iyengar Yoga. You will be introduced to the foundational asana (postures) that develop strength, flexibility, vitality, and relaxation in the body. Each 60-minute session will build upon the prior class in a progressive manner. You will get the most out of the series if you attend all classes.
Upon completion of the series, you will be prepared to enter our Iyengar Yoga Foundations or Mixed Levels classes. All bodies,ages and abilities are welcome!
