Community acupuncture is a gentle, affordable, and deeply restorative way to experience the healing benefits of acupuncture in a shared space.
Instead of private one-on-one sessions, we gather in a calm, comfortable room where each person receives their own treatment while resting alongside others.
Why Community Acupuncture?
Affordable access: Because treatments are offered in a group setting, the cost is kept lower, making it easier to come regularly.
Shared healing energy: Practicing in community creates a collective field of calm and support — many people find it even more relaxing.
Comfort & ease: You’ll recline in a cozy chair or on a mat, fully clothed, while the acupuncturist gently places fine, sterile needles at specific points to support your unique needs.
Whole-body wellness: Sessions can address stress, sleep, pain, digestion, mood, immune support, and more.

Our bodies have a unique way of communicating the imbalance and it can manifest as pain, disharmonies with sleep, digestive imbalance or emotional distress.
Acupuncture, meditation, yoga, seasonal eating and herbal medicine can aid to balance the body and mind, guiding us back to a place of homeostasis so we can get out into the world doing what we love.
